Kone tökkii ihmeellisen paljon

Mikäs siinä on kun, jos lataan jonkun ohjelman ja avaan sen winrarilla niin koneen toiminnat pysähtyy pariksi sekunniksi kunnes winrar aukasee sen ohjelman, asensin juuri pari päivää sitten vista homepremiumin uusiksi, löytyykö HJT-stä mitään roskaa?
