Sigmatek DVB-110 -please help !

Hi there!
I have one of these DVB-110. Unfortunately I don't speak finnish well enough to understand what you say in the other thread...
Installation ok, driver ok, as long as windows is concerned.
I don't get any channel when scanning (I live in Helsinki), I have tried both the small antenna and the one on the roof of my house. I have tried to contact Sigmatek, no one answers.
Could somebody help me? Urgently?
