    En ole löytänyt keskustelua kyseisestä kauppapaikasta, joten ajattelin laittaa oman kokemukseni tänne suoraan.

    Huonolla saksankielelläni tilasin "vahingossa" telkkarin kyseisestä liikkeestä. Tarkoituksena oli vain selvittää laitteen kokonaiskustannus rahteineen. Laitoin kämmini perään heti spostia heille. Vastaus tuli seuraavana päivänä.

    Kyseessä oli Samsungin 46F86BD. Olisin kyseisen mallin tilannut mutta sain paikalliselta Sonyn 40W3000:sen hyvään hintaan ja ostin sen. Alla koko viestiketju mitä kävin heidän kanssaan:

    Thanks a lot for your enquiry and "half order". We have one last
    Samsung LE-46F86BD reserved at our supplier, which would be
    available for sale. Unfortunately, we can't accept your cash-on
    delivery wish.

    Concerning deliveries to foreign countries, we only accept
    payment in advance. (I hope you appreciate this)
    Furthermore, the delivery via DHL to Finland costs 129,- but
    since we are changing our deliverer at the moment, the price may change to a cheaper one (about 69 €). If you wish to order at our
    company, the TV will be here by the middle of next week and in Finland the week after that.

    The warranty for products from Germany are two years.

    Hello "allekirjoittanut",

    We received the Samsung TV today. However, I would like to wait until
    after Easter and then check the delivery costs for you again.
    The company will be busy again next Tuesday. I will try to get in
    contact with our deliverer then and contact you right after that.

    We only accept payment in advance and as soon as we have the total
    amount transferred to our bank, we'll send the
    product to you. Unfortunately, we've made some negative experiences in
    the past and therefore want to be more careful.

    Happy easter and I'll contct you next week.
