is there any way to make my dvp s536d play cd-r's an mp3 and divx. is there something in its rom to stop it recognizing them. according to the manual it will play dvd-r but not cd-r.. thanks....
According to www.videohelp.com's database your player does not support mp3 or divx playing and it's not possible to upgrade player anyhow. Player only supports dvd, vcd and svcd. It also seems to be picky about cd-r discs and won't read all brands. For divx you need special divx/dvd-player.
