Windowsilla DOMi oli asennuspaketin mukana ja sen sai rastin ruutuun laittamalla asennettua selaimen mukana. Kysymys 2. Voikohan tässä jotenkin säätää näytön kirkkautta ja kontrastia? Tuolla K Menusta löytyvässä ATI Centerissä pystyi säätämään ainoastaan gammaa. Myöskään System Settings - Displaystä en löytänyt kuin gamma-asetuksia. Kysymys 3. Musiikki (mp3) kuuluu koneessa sillä tavalla oudosti. Esim. bassoa ei ole ollenkaan ja ääni ei tule sillein kunnolla ulos. Harmi kun en mitään termistöä tiedä enkä osaa paremmin kuvailla, ehkä jotain mono/stereo-juttuja? alsamixer sanoo vieläpä "alsamixer: relocation error: alsamixer: symbol snd_mixer_selem_get_playback_dB, version ALSA_0.9 not defined in file libasound.so.2 with link time reference". Äänikortti on Realtek ALC880. Tarvinko jotain ajuria kun ääni kuitenkin tulee ulos ilmankin? Kysymys 4. Jostain luin, että kommentoimalla wacom-devicet pois xorg.confista ongelma katoaisi. Kun kommentoin ne ulos, jämähtää kone käynnistyvaiheessa, eli jotain muuta olisi ilmeisesti keksittävä. Display driver on fglrx. Kysymys 5. Mistähän voisi johtua, että jotkin videot (avi) toistuvat kuin diashow, mutta jotkin taas eivät. Olen asentanut libxine-extracodecs. Windowsilla mikään näistä ei pätkinyt, joten vika ei liene itse videoissa. EDIT: Esiintyy vain MPlayerillä ilmeisesti. Koitin Googlailla näitä juttuja eilen ja kysellä myös muilla keskustelupalstoilla, mutta apua ei ainakaan vielä ole oikein löytynyt. Mulla on Kubuntu Dapper jos sitä tietoa tarvitaan.
Käytössä Suse 10.1 mut... 1.Siellä se DOM on valmiina työkalu valikossa (1.5.0.5) 2.ATI:sta en muista, mutta Nvidia:lla on asetuksissa. 3.mites Kmix, itse en käytä alsamixeriä. 4.Paste xorg.conf tänne, vois tutkia. 5.Ikinä kuullutkaan noista codeceista, väärä distro mut vois auttaa. http://kotoistaminen.novell.fi/?sivu=mp3
