Minulla on ongelma, ostin tuossa pari päivää sitten kyseisen pelin. Käynnistäessani peliä tulee ongelma peli antaa virhe ilmoituksen "Data Center Error The following web error occured while to acces "http://ddoeugls.com/GLS.DataCenterServer/Service.asmx" The underlying connection was closed: Unable to connect to the remote server" Luulen että tämä johtuu siitä että en ole rekisteröitynyt DDO sivuilla käyttäjäksi jossa myös annetaan Product Key mutta tämäkään ei onnistu koska sivu herjaa minulle että The Product Key you entered is not valid for use. If you believe this is an error, please contact Turbine Customer Service by visiting support.turbine.com. [err: 30022] Ja kun menen kyseiselle sivulle löydän tällaisen tekstin "If you are getting this message with an unused product key, please wait for https://myaccount.turbine.com to completely load before entering the key into the Product Key Activation Wizard.

If you have a boxed copy of the game, and there is a mention of Codemasters anywhere on the box, you have a European product key. Turbine cannot exchange European Codemasters’ product keys for Turbine product keys.
